IN THE SUMMER MONTHS (MAY-SEPT), we require our customers who order photo edibles to add gel ice packs/cooler to their order. There is a $10.00 flat fee. We also highly recommend shipping your order UPS 2nd day or Overnight Shipping if your normal UPS Ground transit time is 3 or more days. We do not ship through the weekend. Your order may be held to the following Monday, otherwise your order could melt in a hot UPS warehouse over the weekend. Remember UPS does not have regular delivery on Saturday or Sunday. We will not process orders if the cooler fee is not added to the order.  

Please try to ship to an address where someone is home to accept delivery. We can not be responsible if a package is left out all day in the heat. Business addresses are also recommended, when possible, as they tend to be earlier day deliveries and signatures are required.
