 Shipping 

The customer may email the pictures to Memory Matinee or mail them.  If they are mailed, the customer pays for the shipping method of choice to Memory Matinee.  There is a 25 cent scanning fee per picture to be used.  This is to be paid when ordering.  When your pictures are received, you will be immediately notified.

If mail is chosen as your method of delivery of your photos, please make sure you have other copies of the pictures you are sending.  Items are lost in the mail every day. It would be a shame to have your valuable irreplaceable memories lost.  Please take caution when sending them.  The customer may use any method they like to deliver the pictures such as UPS or FedEx, if they feel more secure. 

Memory Matinee ships orders via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for delivery of Digital Scrapbooks and Simplicity Presentations.  Alternate delivery, such as UPS or FedEx may be used at a customer’s request for an additional fee. The fee is whatever the monetary difference is between shipping via USPS Priority Mail and the delivery company of choice.

Shipping fee for items not created at Memory Matinee is determined by the Affiliates of Memory Matinee.  In some instances, if there are multiple items ordered, a small refund may be issued at the discretion of the Financial Department.  Amount of refund is not up for debate.
