Policies Shipping Policies of Baked Goods Please note: Someone must be home at the time of delivery to accept the baked goods package. If no one is home to sign for the package, UPS will leave it at the door. UPS will not leave packages if the driver feels uncomfortable or it is an apartment building.
We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to recipients that are out of town, have moved, or if any part of the address is incorrect or missing. UPS charges a $10.00 fee for each incorrect or incomplete address (apt. # or suite # missing) We reserve the right to bill you for this fee, Please double check addresses.
Please try to ship to an address where someone is home to accept delivery. If you suspect that the recipient will not be at home at the time of delivery, or if you feel uncomfortable having a package delivered without a signature, please let us know! UPS will leave without signature to residental homes, they will not leave at apartment building, signature is required. If your package is left without a signature with your permission, we will not reimburse for "missing" packages. Please let us know if you prefer a "signature required" service.
We are experts at shipping our products and have an extremely low rate of damages. However, occasionally it does occur. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will arrange to replace the damaged product, if possible, or issue a refund.
If UPS states your product has been "delivered", & the address is correct and you still have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we may trace the package(s).
UPS delivers Monday through Friday, business days only. Please account for this when selecting shipping service.
